In Christianity, the message of entry is something we all emphasize. Jesus entered into the world and in conversion and we enter into a covenant with Him. The message of entry is needed. However, one thing I have discovered as a disciple and minister is how desperate people are for a message of reentry. Ordinary Christ-followers are often eager for reengagement. I’m not referring to a loss of eternal status with God. Instead, I'm referring to the many seasons of doubt, confusion, darkness, intentional sin, bondage to the past, severed relationships, job loss, and stress which often paralyzes us for a season. So, how do we reenter into the light when we’ve been through the valleys, deserts, or wildernesses? How do we accept the invitation of God to reenter into the deep places of his heart and mission in this world?
Join us as we explore what it means to re-enter the Christian life after a season of darkness.
