Nikki Reed, Room 901, daughter of Darwin Campbell, visitor of SV, recovering from 6-hour open heart surgery performed Tuesday, April 14th, for aorta mitral valve replacements; will begin rehab following hospital stay; requests prayers for complete healing.

Hannah Kidwell was baptized into Christ on Sunday, April 26th, at Sycamore View Church. Hannah is the wife of Tyler Kidwell and the daughter of Lynn Moore.
Hazel Wells was baptized into Christ on Sunday, April 26th, at Sycamore View Church. Hazel is the daughter of Deven and Brittney Wells and the granddaughter of Keven and Donna Wells.

Chris and Lenora Meyer and Family in the death of Chris’ mother, Patricia Mack Meyer, on Saturday, May 9th, in Hernando, MS. Visitation is scheduled for 1:00-2:00 pm on Thursday, May 14th, at Northridge Woodhaven Memorial Funeral Home, 6755 Hwy. 51 North, Millington, TN 38053, and the funeral and graveside service will immediately follow.
Eddie and Shelly Eaton and Family in the death of Eddie’s father, Tommy Eaton, on Tuesday, April 28th, who lived in Hernando, MS. Funeral services were Monday, May 4th, at Twin Oaks Funeral Home, 290 Goodman Road East, Southaven, MS 38671.

PRAYERS REQUESTED:
Frances Hines, mother of Dell Washington, woke up today, May 13th, and was unable to move; currently waiting on updates to see what is causing her situation; she is 91 years old and lives in Jackson, MS; requests prayers for answers regarding her health situation and improvement in her health.
Bobby Nations, the corrective procedure to replace the stent for his brain aneurysm that was scheduled for today, May 13th, has again been delayed for about a month as the catheter the medical team wants to use is not yet available; prayers are requested that the needed catheter will become available soon and that the procedure will be successful with no additional loss of function along with continued healing so that he can be a father and hold his baby daughter, Claire Bonnie, which is due in June.
Lane Benafield, grandson of Veronica Veltman’s aunt, received his last chemo treatment yesterday, May 12th; scans are next, and then maintenance begins in June; prayers of thanksgiving as this marks the end of the chemo that tried so hard to break him and the beginning of hope, healing, and rebuilding strength, and requests continued prayers for clear scans and complete remission.
Martha Benafield, aunt of Veronica Veltman, is doing better, but is tired a lot more and may have to revisit going back to West Clinic to treat the cells in her blood because her levels are elevated again which means the treatment will cause her to have more fatigue; requests prayers for improved health and better quality of life.
Phil Galbreath, brother of Chris Galbreath and nephew of Virginia Simmons, now at home (lives in New York City) and in rehab as he continues to recover from multiple surgeries and treatments regarding his pancreatic cancer diagnosis; will receive additional chemo following rehab; requests prayers for a quick and complete recovery.
Miyah Clark, daughter of Denita Deaton, requests continued prayers for guidance, patience, and peace for both Miyah and Denita as the plea resolution on Monday, April 27th, did not go as they had hoped for; her next court appearance is scheduled for Tuesday, May 26th.
Nixon Family, Russ and Liana continue to be in Colorado with Russ’ mother, Elaine Nixon, as she experiences declining health; she is currently at The Center at Centerplace in Greeley, Colorado, which is a skilled nursing facility where Russ' brothers, Tim and Glenn, have been caring for her; Russ had not been feeling well since arriving in Colorado last week, but is now feeling a little better, and his brother, Tim, is now ill, however, they were all able to spend Mother’s Day together; requests continued prayers for Russ, Liana, and Russ’ brothers and for comfort and improved health for Russ’ mother.
Michelle Unruh, sister of Heather Unruh, an online guest, has been diagnosed with a rare form of kidney cancer; requests prayers to God for a complete healing.
Garry Stewart, brother-in-law of Donna Davenport, has returned home to Arkansas as he continues to recover from surgery on his left foot on Wednesday, May 6th, at John Hopkins Hospital in Maryland; requests prayers for quick and complete healing and that results of surgery will allow better physical mobility.
Rick and Sherry Kendall, neighbors of Doug and Donna Davenport, both are dealing with various health issues involving multiple biopsies and various treatments; requests prayers for successful procedures with good results and complete recoveries.
Mark Pitts, has been discharged from hospital where he was admitted due to hand and wrist issues as well as pneumonia; doing better, but hand pain is still a problem, requests prayers for healing and a quick recovery.
Leslie Whiteside, prayers of thanksgiving for Jesus, her salvation, and for the Holy Spirit who helps and comforts her; also thankful for the Bible and the way it speaks to us and for SVC; thankful for the avenue of prayer and for all the prayers that she has received during these last six months; requests prayers as she continues to struggle with her son’s lack of faith, as well as two friends’ sons, and requests prayers that the Holy Spirit will help them to come back to the Lord soon; also prayers for our city, for our country to become a God fearing nation, and for the world to have peace and love for each other.
