Bonnie Carr, Room 2380, admitted yesterday due to chest pains on right side; currently feeling better, but will undergo stress test tomorrow, June 29th; requests prayers for good results and complete healing.

Bobby and Jennifer Nations in the birth of their daughter, Claire Bonnie Nations, on Tuesday, June 23rd. Claire Bonnie weighed 7lbs. 6 oz. and Victor and Kacey-Jean are excited to welcome their new sister.
SYMPATHY IS EXTENDED TO:
MiAngel, Brandon, Elijah, and Heaven Temple in the death of their mother, Shauna Temple, on Friday, June 19th. Funeral services were yesterday, June 27th, at Sycamore View Church, 1910 Sycamore View Road, Memphis, TN 38134.

Tim Phillips, a second cataract surgery that was performed on his right eye on Monday, June 15th, at Eye Specialty Group Ridge Lake in Memphis went well; is scheduled for two more procedures including an upper GI (EUS) tomorrow, June 29th, at GastroOne in Germantown, and a liver biopsy on Monday, July 13th, due to possible cirrhosis; requests prayers for good outcomes in all his upcoming procedures.
Lane Benafield, grandson of Veronica Veltman’s aunt, prayers of thanksgiving as Lane’s latest labs are much improved and his body seems to finally be starting to get better; his esophagus is also improving; requests continued prayers that Lane’s white blood cell counts continue to rise, that his esophagus continues to heal, and that he continues to regain strength.
Leslie Whiteside, prayers of thanksgiving for the blessings all her life; requests prayers for her son and two friends’ sons who need to repent and begin living for the Lord; for herself that soon she will have met her goals about her ability to walk inside without assistance and to walk outside with her cane or a lighter rollater; for forgiveness for herself and for others in her heart for sins; and for our country and out city to return to worshipping God.
Santos and Ronda Villatoro, friends of Chris Galbreath and friends in our Latino community, prayers are requested for strength, peace, and God’s divine comfort for them and their family in the recent and unexpected passing of their son, Noah Secondino Villatoro.
Makenna, on-line guest, is struggling and feels she is being attacked by demons; requests prayers that all of the demons from her body be cast out in the name of Christ and that she be completely set free; also asks our Lord to keep them out of her body and her parents’ house, to break any strongholds that are keeping them here, and for God’s will to be done in her life.
Bobby Nations, the corrective procedure to replace the stent for his brain aneurysm is scheduled for Tuesday, July 14th, at Methodist University; prayers are requested that the upcoming procedure will be successful with no additional loss of function along with continued healing.
Garry Stewart, brother-in-law of Donna Davenport, previous surgery on his left foot has healed and he is now recovering from surgery on Wednesday, June 24th, on his right foot at John Hopkins Hospital in Maryland; requests prayers for quick and complete healing which will allow him to have better physical mobility.
Sherry Kendall, neighbor of Doug and Donna Davenport, surgery for removal of thyroid nodules has been rescheduled for Thursday, July 16th, at Baptist Hospital in Collierville; prayers requested for a successful medical procedure.
Brenda South, prayers of thanksgiving regarding outcome of heart cath procedure last Thursday, June 18th, at Methodist North, as doctors determined no stents were needed; although there is blockage, it is only about 30%, and the one on the right at 100% is already trying to create its own bypass so for now will treat with diet, exercise, and meds and keep a check on it; requests prayers for continued healing.
Ann, the 96-year-old mother of Suzanne Jones’ friend, Leslie Wilson, is recovering from a fall on Tuesday, June 16th, which bruised her shoulder, but thankfully did not break any bones; requests prayers for complete healing and minimal pain.
Sonny McDermott, husband of Suzanne Jones’ friend, Nancy, is recovering from a fall in his garage on Tuesday, June 16th; is now at home after hospital stay at Baptist East Hospital; will soon follow up with his cardiologist; requests prayers for rest and healing.
Martha Benafield, aunt of Veronica Veltman, recent labs indicate her red and white blood cells and platelets have returned to being very high again, and her iron levels are low, causing fatigue; planning to take her back to West Clinic in about two weeks to hopefully begin another treatment that will not make her as tired; requests prayers for a better Jak2 inhibitor that will cause less fatigue and that her blood cells and platelet numbers return to normal.
Kathy Kisner, mother of Jennifer Nations, continuing to recover from a major stroke several weeks ago; is regaining motion on her left arm/hand and leg/foot although coordination is still a bit of an issue; also dealing with ADD and ability to focus; currently at Encompass North for PT rehab; requests continued prayers for a complete recovery.
