Jennifer and Bobby Nations as Jennifer’s labor will be induced tomorrow morning, June 23rd; prayers requested for a safe delivery and minimal pain as their daughter, Claire Bonnie, is born; also continued prayers requested for Bobby as the medical team has intentionally moved his procedure to Tuesday, July 14th, at Methodist University; prayers are requested that the upcoming procedure will be successful with no additional loss of function along with continued healing.

Sherry Kendall, neighbor of Doug and Donna Davenport, surgery for removal of thyroid nodules has been changed to Thursday, July 16th, at Baptist Hospital in Collierville; prayers requested for a successful medical procedure.

Brenda South, prayers of thanksgiving regarding outcome of heart cath procedure last Thursday, June 18th, at Methodist North, as doctors determined no stents were needed; although there is blockage, it is only about 30%, and the one on the right at 100% is already trying to create its own bypass so for now will treat with diet, exercise, and meds and keep a check on it; requests prayers for continued healing.

Randy Frederick, prayers of thanksgiving for a successful procedure on Monday, June 15th, and requests prayers for a smooth recovery; appreciates so very much the outpouring of love, concern, and prayers that were lifted up on his behalf.

Ann, the 96-year-old mother of Suzanne Jones’ friend, Leslie Wilson, is recovering from a fall on Tuesday, June 16th, which bruised her shoulder, but thankfully did not break any bones; requests prayers for complete healing and minimal pain.

Sonny McDermott, husband of Suzanne Jones’ friend, Nancy, is recovering from a fall in his garage on Tuesday, June 16th; is now at home after hospital stay at Baptist East Hospital; will soon follow up with his cardiologist; requests prayers for rest and healing.

Martha Benafield, aunt of Veronica Veltman, recent labs indicate her red and white blood cells and platelets have returned to being very high again, and her iron levels are low, causing fatigue; planning to take her back to West Clinic in about two weeks to hopefully begin another treatment that will not make her as tired; requests prayers for a better Jak2 inhibitor that will cause less fatigue and that her blood cells and platelet numbers return to normal.

Tim Phillips, a second cataract surgery that was performed on his right eye on Monday, June 15th, at Eye Specialty Group Ridge Lake in Memphis went well; is scheduled for two more procedures including an upper GI (EUS) on Monday, June 29th, at GastroOne in Germantown, and a liver biopsy on Monday, July 13th, due to possible cirrhosis; requests prayers for good outcomes in all his upcoming procedures.

Leslie Whiteside, prayers of thanksgiving for the numerous answered prayers all of her life and continued prayers for her son to repent for his sake and his family’s too as well as two friends that have sons that need to do the same; prayers for our country and city to return to being a Christian, God fearing, neighbor-loving-neighbor, respectful, and obedient place once again; and also prayers for her balance, confidence, courage, stamina, and strength so she is able to walk unassisted inside and to walk from her door to a car with her cane or light rollator.

Makenna, online guest, requests prayers for Christ to break every stronghold and bind and rebuke every demon and spirit from her quickly during this time in her life where she feels she is being persecuted, and asks for Him to break every oath and deal and cover it with His blood.

Kathy Kisner, mother of Jennifer Nations, continuing to recover from a major stroke several weeks ago; is regaining motion on her left arm/hand and leg/foot although coordination is still a bit of an issue; also dealing with ADD and ability to focus; currently at Encompass North for PT rehab; requests continued prayers for a complete recovery.
