SHEPHERDING OUR FLOCK
At Sycamore View, our Shepherds help care for and aid in the spiritual formation of our diverse body of believers. This role is also known as “Elder” in many churches. Each of our Shepherds has their own flock of members to which they are dedicated. This means that everyone who goes through the membership process will be assigned one. Our shepherds are godly men dedicated to the feeding, leading and caring of the Sycamore View flock. It is our desire that everyone knows a shepherd and that everyone is known by a shepherd.
